Liminal Measures (2009)

Single channel video projection, motion sensor, custom electronics

A viewer’s presence triggers the motion sensor.  A life-size shadow of a girl appears, beckoning the viewer to follow her as she skips away.  As the viewer proceeds down the hall, she moves further, until finally, upon reaching the wall, she disappears.
