Call, text or email the interactive work, and a lead pencil filament glows while the sound of Morse code taps. The next day, the work will reach to those who have made a connection with messages such as “Are you thinking about me?” or “Am I not a priority? The work recognizes our need for attention in the digital age along with the wearing down of the self.
